HOV’s Take:

Out of all the uprights available today, the Riccar R27P is Matt’s favorite to actually use. Not only is it built like a tank, but it is incredibly easy to use in a way that must be experienced to understand. The tools are super convenient with the unmatched 15 foot reach. The 360 degree casters make it super easy to handle and the machine is incredibly compact for the power, features and built quality. It isn’t the most expensive vacuum on the market, but it is the “just right” Honda Accord of the vacuum world.
